Colorful Foods

In just one salad we’ve got 4 of the 6 colors in the rainbow. If we just added blueberries and eggplant we would have had all 6 colors! Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Purple. According to Deepak Chopra, the more colors in the rainbow we ingest the more nutrients we are feeding our bodies. Plants are full of life when we eat these foods from the earth we are not ingesting foods given to us by the earth and sun.  Just as animals our bodies crave nutrients NOT food. That’s why if you are eating the wrong food you never feel satisfied.

Try adding more color into your diet!
