Plants are full of life when we eat these foods from the earth we are not ingesting foods given to us by the earth and sun. Just as animals our bodies crave nutrients NOT food. 1-2 Heads of Organic Kale
4-5 Cloves of Garlic
3-4 Tbls of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
First toss the kale in a bowl with olive oil and lemon and add the peeled garlic cloves.
Then place it all on a cookie sheet and add salt. Bake for 10-15 minutes on 350-400 degrees.
