The Transformation Programs are designed to help you with new approach to living healthy.  Each program includes a weekly Fitness Routine custom designed by Lindsey, a custom cleanse (either 21 or 14 day) that then becomes a daily Nutrition Plan and a new mindset to make healthy decisions in your everyday life.

The cleanses specifically are a great way to jump-start yourself into a healthier lifestyle by reseting your metabolism to make your body work more efficiently. Overall you’ll become more conscious of the foods you are eating and gain clarity in your approach to your health.

Starts by removing many foods that are toxic and may causing the body to suffer.

The teaches the body to restore itself from all the healthy nutrients it is getting from the foods in the new approach to eating.

Once toxins are removed and the body adds what has been lacking, it naturally heals itself. This is when many chronic symptoms may disappear such as acid reflux, constipation, irregular bowel movements, etc…

In many cases this is also when extra pounds start to fall. Cellulite starts to disappear and mental state becomes more positive with more control of the body and the choices for the body.

Sample Meals

Breakfast – A protein/fruit shake.

Snack

Lunch – Unlimited amounts of fruits and vegetables.

Dinner – Unlimited amounts of fruits and vegetables. After the 4th day lean protein such as wild fish, organic chicken or turkey can be added.

Throughout the day supplements are taken 30 minutes before eating which contain enzymes that help break down and digest food. Approved snacks are allowed as needed as well as multiple shakes per day the first 4 days if necessary.
