About Lindsey Inspired by her Mother’s continual battle with breast cancer, Lindsey focused her life on sports training and nutrition with a specific focus on what she calls ‘integrated pilates’ – an approach that is more than just pilates. It is a combination of core strengthening exercises, deep tissue work as well as stretches, plus a hybrid of organic eating and lifestyle choices.
